Lead User Experience Designer

Xylem, 2021 — Present

Over the past 4 years, I’ve immersed myself in the full spectrum of UX for drinking water and wastewater solutions—starting with discovery research to uncover deep customer needs and shaping a long‑term product vision and UX roadmap. I defined a strategic migration path to bring legacy utility clients onto our next‑generation platform, then ran evaluation studies to validate concepts directly with users. Along the way, I partnered closely with Sales—crafting and delivering demos that not only showcased our innovations but also secured new contracts. This end‑to‑end journey reflects my passion for combining user insights and business goals to drive impactful, scalable enterprise solutions.
